Conference FAQ

Travel Information

Who books my travel?

You do! Once you apply for the conference, CAMERA will send you approved travel to book. You will book your travel and CAMERA will reimburse you at the conference on the last day via check for US students, PayPal for UK students, and Bank Transfer for Israeli students.

Do you cover ground expenses?

CAMERA will add $30 to your travel reimbursement per student to travel to BU Hillel and back to the airport/train or bus station.

You have two options:

a. You can take an Uber/Lyft that will cost between $30-$45 if riding alone. Remember CAMERA will only cover $30. You will be responsible for the difference.

b. You can take the T (the subway). This will cost $2.75 per person. If you choose this option, please follow T directions below (there are multiple routes and the one listed below is just one). You can also utilize Google Maps by typing in your starting and end points and then choosing the “public transport” option. This will give you walking directions between stops and the most current schedule.
